Built by parents
As small-business owners and parents of athletes, we understand how important it is to find that balance between competition vs. participation: wanting your kid to understand the value of hard work, without putting too much pressure on them.
At Elevate Performance, we strive to create that equilibrium for you and your child through team-building, training, and consistency, with support from coaches who care.
Our goal is to help your child develop a stronger mind-body connection, endurance, and a competitive mindset through regular practice in an encouraging environment.
Frequently Asked Questions:
-
No. There’s no required Monday, Tuesday or set day. You choose either 8 sessions a month, 12 sessions a month or Unlimited, and then book the days that work best for your family.
-
The parent or guardian should create the main Arketa account using their own email address. Once you’re logged in, go into your profile, select Family Sharing, and add your child as a family member.
If your child doesn’t have an email, just select that they don’t have their own email, and Arketa will create their child profile for you.
-
Yes! Just add both (or multiple) children under your account in Arketa, and we can set it up to pull from the same 8-or 12-pack for both kids.
Unlimited packages are not sharable. -
That depends on the membership you choose. Eight sessions is roughly twice a week, 12 is roughly three times a week, and Unlimited gives you the most flexibility.
-
We’re not training them for one specific sport. We’re building the athlete behind the sport — speed, strength, agility, power, conditioning and confidence.
Whether they play soccer, hockey, basketball, lacrosse, football or just want to become a better athlete, the goal is the same.
Every class is capped at 15 athletes with two coaches, so we can meet kids where they are while still creating a competitive training environment.
-
If your child is 8 or 13, you can choose which section to put them in based on athletic ability and goals— whether you think they will do better with a younger or older/more advanced age group.
