One-time personal training session: 60 min — $140
5-pack — $650 ($130 per session)
10-pack — $1,250 ($125 per session)
20-pack — $2,300 ($115 per session)
*90-minute sessions available upon request

With a scientific approach, she designs personalized programs that maximize results, prevent injury, and ensure you not only transform your body but also enjoy your workouts and learn to love fitness.

Nicolle is a certified Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher who blends strength training with mindful movement to help women build strength, resilience, and trust in their bodies. Her approach empowers clients to move through life with greater confidence and ease.
She completed her first 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Maui in 2019 and has since continued her education with teachers and mentors around the world, accumulating over 660 hours of training. In 2025, Nicolle completed her 200-hour Master Course in Personal Training with the American Academy of Personal Training in Boston, MA, and is currently finalizing her Mat Pilates certification.

Elevate Fitness himself! Known (and loved) for his unorthodox methods, Ramón brings over 17 years of training experience to every session, and it shows. A former professional basketball player, he launched Elevate Fitness after graduating from AAPT. He has since dabbled in CrossFit, ran the Boston Marathon, and won titles in charity boxing matches, all while training exclusive clients from around Boston.

A former master trainer at a big box gym, Chris launched his own company in 2013 to provide more personalized training. Combining meticulous attention to detail with ultra-specific programs, he excels at helping clients manage injury, rehab from surgery, build muscle mass, improve flexibility, lose weight, and achieve sport-specific goals.

Certifications and specializations include nutrition coaching, weight loss and body composition, pre- and post-natal training, combat sport conditioning, Olympic weightlifting, kettlebell training, group fitness, sprinting and plyometrics, and overall pain free movement. My style is positive, encouraging, and rooted in education—helping understand the “why” behind your training builds lasting habits and encourages sustainable progress. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to level up, I tailor each session to meet you where you are and help you progress with purpose.
