6am Club - Saturdays at 6am

Workout with Ramon & Cam every Saturday. Open gym style - not your typical group class. All levels welcome— expect heavy weight, explosive movements, motivation & camaraderie.

Kettlebell Full Body - Wednesdays at 5:30pm

Join Vik for a dynamic, full-body group workout that builds strength, power, and endurance using kettlebells. You'll swing, press, squat, and snatch your way through a series of functional movements that challenge every major muscle group. Perfect for improving core stability, grip strength, and cardio all at once. Bring your focus, and get ready to move!

Barach’s Booty Camp - Saturdays at 9:00am

A high-energy group workout designed to sculpt, strengthen, and lift your glutes. This lower-body focused class combines squats, lunges, kicks, and resistance training to target every angle of your booty. Whether you're building strength, boosting endurance, or just looking for a serious burn, this class delivers results. All fitness levels welcome—come ready to sweat and leave feeling powerful.
