We offer both one-on-one private sessions and semi-private classes (2-3 students).

    Hi, I am Nicolle. My mission is to empower individuals to reconnect with their essence through the transformative practice of yoga. By cultivating self-acceptance and self-love from within, I help my students to embrace their uniqueness and live in alignment with their truth.

    Inspired by the graceful dance between breath and movement, Nicolle teaches Vinyasa flow with a strong focus on alignment, strength building and deep feel-good stretches.

    Art Eleanore, often referred to as "energy personified," is a dynamic and passionate Pilates instructor from New York. Known for her warmth, playfulness, and compassion, she creates a space where students can cultivate courage and grace, both on and off the mat.

    Art has developed her own proprietary Pilates mat method that merges the best aspects of classical Pilates, contemporary Pilates and techniques, and the latest spine and joint research.
